Aqua Bright Pool Service is a full service company. When you are quoted a price, it includes standard chemicals, backwashing of the filter as needed, emptying the skimmer baskets, pump baskets and cleaner bag. We will also brush the raised flat surfaces, vacuum the pool as needed and email a report letting you know we were there. We don’t place limitations on the amount of standard chemicals we allow per pool, this is included in the bid price.
In short, we are an established company and have been in business since 2006. The company holds the licensing required by TX to perform repairs, we do not limit ourselves to just cleaning pools. All of our technicians are professionally trained and work out of our store front office, which is open to the public. Aqua Bright is not working out of a PO Box, and will be around to serve your needs for years to come. To ensure the best customer experience, all of our technicians participate in an audit evaluation process which is randomly carried out.
The pool filter is at the heart of your pool. It should be completely disassembled and cleaned every 6 months to prevent costly damage, and ensure a clean pool. This service is not included in the weekly service. It will be performed at an additional cost every 6 months, unless otherwise specified.
Unless notified not to, we will replace small parts that are essential to the operation of the pool. This normally includes pump baskets, skimmer baskets, cleaner bags and other small parts. The parts are then added to the monthly invoice, our prices are normally less than purchasing them at a retail store. Larger parts will require customer authorization.
The water level should be adjusted as needed to prevent equipment damage. Notify Aqua Bright Pool Service immediately, if you see any abnormalities or require equipment repair.
